London Boat Show

Last weekend, John, Dad, James and I went to London for the weekend. Dad picked us up early Friday and drove us down to Barking, where we had booked a travelodge. We eventually found it after driving round the whole town a few times. Barking is only a few tube stops from Excel centre.
The boat show was really good. Lot if posh boats that we couldn't afford, but it was nice to look round and see how posh they were. James was very good and enjoyed looking round and as there were 3 of us we took in turns to carry him so he wasn't stuck in his pushchair all the time. We left empty handed about 4 and headed into the city centre. Where is wandered to Hamleys, we then headed back and had noodles for tea.
On Saturday, we travel to the embankment, where we got a boat along the Thames to Greenwich. It was a lovely trip with a good commentary. We went round the Greenwich museum at the top, which was interesting. We saw a laser which points out over London following the median line.
After that we headed back to the car and home. Again James was super apart from half an hour screaming in the car.
